TRAGUS Indiana Bat Services - Mining Industry

Working closely with state and federal regulators, Tragus completed Indiana bat surveys at 10 proposed mining sites in 2005. The studies were planned and executed to comply with Policy Procedure Directive (PPD) 2004-01.

The total combined area surveyed was nearly 2,500 acres with individual sites ranging from 100 to 500 acres of rugged terrain.

All projects were completed on time and within budget and helped facilitate an efficient permitting process.
