TRAGUS Indiana Bat Services - Wind Energy

Using protocols developed by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to determine potential ecological impacts of wind energy production, Tragus biologists conducted a habitat evaluation of a proposed 5,000-acre wind energy project in Logan County , Ohio . The project identified potential high quality forest resources, riparian corridors, and potential winter hibernacula that assisted in the environmental compliance process.
